Cold-formed metal framing at a door opening along a slab edge consists of a bottom track fastened to the concrete floor and framing studs sized per schedule. A king stud is positioned at the frame opening with additional fasteners specified by the schedule. Fastener spacing follows typical dimensions of two inches and three inches minimum. The bottom track terminates at the face of opening centerline.
