An angle hanger connects to the underside of a concrete on metal deck assembly using two five-eighths inch diameter Hilti KB-TZ2 expansion anchors with three-quarters inch effective embedment per ESR-4266. The structural tee hanger consists of an L4x4x1/4 angle section welded with three-sixteenths inch fillet welds. A typical zero-foot one-inch dimensioning gap and a one-inch maximum clearance apply to the assembly.
