A precast concrete wall panel bears on a continuous concrete footing with two inches of grout underneath, tied together with panel dowels sized per the panel schedule and spaced per the foundation plan. Two continuous number five reinforcing bars run horizontally near the top and bottom of the panel stem wall, complemented by vertical number four reinforcing bars spaced at twelve inches on center each face, and number three stirrups spaced at eight inches on center. A concrete slab connects to the assembly via number four slab dowels and typical slab rebar with a three-foot lap splice, adjacent to a pour strip with a two-foot lap and a storefront system above finished grade or asphalt paving verified with civil drawings.
