A precast concrete wall panel aligns with a building grid and connects to a supporting steel beam below. A steel plate measuring 1/2 inch by 1-8 inches by the beam depth plus 4 inches is embedded into the concrete panel. Nine 3/4-inch diameter welded stud anchors are spaced at 7 inches on center on each side of the panel. A bolted connection secures the assembly at the centerline of the beam.
