An anchorage configuration secures new transformer equipment mounted to a concrete pad. The equipment footprint is fastened at four corners using one-inch diameter stainless steel threaded rods set in Simpson Strong-Tie SET-3G epoxy with an eight-inch embedment into an eighteen-inch minimum thickness concrete pad. A twelve-inch minimum distance is required from the center of the anchor to the edge of the slab or construction joint, as well as from the edge of the unit to the edge of the concrete pad on all four sides. Rails or mounting plates are provided per the manufacturer specifications.
