Double wood studs connect to a track using a three-inch long L3x3x1/4 angle with a nine-sixteenths-inch diameter hole. A one-half-inch diameter by eight-inch long anchor bolt secures the assembly through the track, set one and three-quarters inches from the edge. A glulam beam per plan supports the assembly. Welds of one-eighth-inch size are indicated at the angle connection.
