A steel collector plate is fastened to cross-laminated timber floor panels over a glulam beam and column support. The assembly incorporates a concrete topping slab and a steel angle at the perimeter condition. The collector plate is secured to the cross-laminated timber using 0.250-inch diameter by 3.5-inch partially threaded screws spaced at 4 or 8 inches on center, as dictated by the collector fastening table. A screw stagger pattern is specified along the collector centerline with three-quarter-inch dimensions on either side. General notes provide guidance for similar conditions regarding angles, lack of concrete topping, and column termination details.
