Three anchor bolt details show cast-in and post-installed anchor configurations embedded in concrete foundations. The assemblies feature anchor rods secured with double nuts, standard washers, and optional leveling plates sized per schedule. A non-shrink grout layer is detailed below the base plate with a typical 1 1/2 inch maximum clearance. Bolt extension above the top nut is specified as a minimum of three times the bolt diameter unless noted otherwise. Welded connections and plate dimensions follow structural schedules.
