A structural steel column is tied to intersecting concrete panels via an L3x3x3/8 by 1'-8" angle at the embed. The steel column is secured to the connecting angles with one-quarter-inch fillet welds. Anchor studs and bent rebar embedded in the concrete panels provide anchorage for the connection plates.
