A concrete slab on grade ties into a concrete tilt-up wall panel utilizing two alternative connection methods. Option number one utilizes a half-inch diameter headed stud anchor embedded in the tilt-up panel, connected via a Lenton form saver to a number four by two-foot six-inch dowel threaded on one end and spaced at eighteen inches on center. Option number two embeds a number four by two-foot six-inch dowel eighteen inches on center directly into the concrete tilt-up panel with epoxy. Both options maintain a minimum one and a half inch concrete cover for the slab reinforcing.
