A cold-formed steel stud wall terminates at a parapet with an XXXT250-54 top track and SureBoard sheathing on both faces. The metal deck bears on a bent one-quarter inch plate secured with two number twelve screws at each stud and four number ten screws at six inches on center. An LTS12 clip angle at thirty-two inches on center ties the metal deck per plan to the cold-formed steel framing. Metal blocking at fifty-four mils provides intermediate support within the stud cavity.
