The assembly consists of reinforced concrete masonry unit lintels with standard and inverted bond beam configurations for eight-inch and twelve-inch walls. Horizontal reinforcing and vertical reinforcing are placed per schedule within grouted cells. Alternate stirrup caps are provided in the twelve-inch wall detail. An inverted bond beam is used at the contractor's option where the bottom face of the lintel is entirely concealed.
