A post-tensioning stressing end anchor assembly features tendons anchored in a concrete block. Four number four reinforcing bars span transversely at three inches on center, supplemented by additional number four bars with a thirty inch minimum length. Shear keys are provided on three sides with profiles per addenda. Clearances include two and one-half inch dimensions at edges and a twenty-four inch minimum dimension.
