The permanent tieback anchor extends through a drilled hole with a centralizer and end cap, encased in high-density polyethylene sheathing and shop-grouted along its bonded length. Smooth sheathing over corrugated sheathing provides an unbonded length zone with initial and secondary grout levels. At the exterior wall, the threadbar is secured with a 10-inch square by 3-inch thick bearing plate, a 1-inch thick by 10-inch long kicker plate, and a steel anchor cap. Post-grout tubes with valves provide secondary grouting capability behind the shotcrete facing.
