A steel column bears on a concrete tilt panel assembly secured by a continuous 3x3x3/8-inch steel angle welded with a quarter-inch fillet weld at four inches on center. A bent plate measuring 3/8-inch by 14-inch by 1 foot 8 inches long is spaced at 48 inches on center and anchored into the concrete with two 3/4-inch diameter by 6-inch headed stud anchors and two 1/2-inch diameter by 24-inch deformed bar anchors. The assembly provides structural connection above the lower spandrel support to the roof deck.
