A post-tensioned beam bears on a reinforced concrete basement wall with a column and base plate supported above. Post-tensioned tendons and beam reinforcement extend into a beam blockout at the wall junction. Hairpin reinforcing bars and embed plates anchor the assembly into the concrete wall per the structural schedule.
