A wood post connects to a holdown device bolted to the post and anchored to a concrete slab on grade and foundation footing. A threaded rod per schedule is set in Hilti HIT-RE 500-V3 epoxy with special inspection required, positioned twelve and a half inches unassigned or as noted from the centerline of the anchor bolt. A pressure-treated wood sill plate is placed below the sill per the schedule. The concrete footing top elevation is set per detail ten, with reinforcing and a concrete slab on grade above the compacted subgrade.
