A continuous metal deck at a stair landing bears on a bent metal plate measuring 54 metal by seven and one-half inches by four inches. The plate is fastened with two number twelve screws at each stud. A new or existing steel beam supports the assembly below. Metal bracing at fifty-four metal is secured with number eight screws at six inches on center.
