An angle measuring 4x4x3/8 by 0'-5" long ties into a 1/2"x8"x0'-8" steel plate embedded in the concrete corner. The plate anchors with two #5 reinforcing bars, each 3'-0" long spaced at 4 inches on center. Welded wire fabric of size 4x4-W2.1xW2.1 reinforces the concrete assembly. Voids are filled with grout placed after welding operations.
