A structural steel column receives a full-depth stiffener plate welded in place with specified W1 welds, matching the profile indicated for location S10B. A connecting beam or member attaches via a T1 plate with bolt rows conforming to bolting note 8 unless otherwise noted. Fireproofing encases the steel column assembly.
