A bent plate measuring nine and three-quarters inches by three feet by one-half inch thick by one foot six inches in height is embedded with eight three-quarters-inch diameter by six-inch long headed stud anchors and three number six bent hooks at six inches on center with full penetration welds to the plate. A three-quarters-inch thick by one foot six inches plate with three number six by four-foot long dowels with full penetration welds connects to the precast panel. One-half-inch thick plates are located at the top and bottom of the ledger. Fillet welds of one-quarter-inch size secure the connection assemblies.
