A new twelve-inch minimum thickness shotcrete wall bears on a four-foot-wide by twenty-four-inch-deep concrete footing made of three thousand PSI concrete. The assembly is reinforced with number seven bars at twelve inches on center top and bottom, alongside number five hoops at twelve inches on center.
