Cross-laminated timber panels land between beams with a spline connection per plan grid. The panels bear on single or double glued-laminated timber beams sized per plan. Fastening is accomplished using 0.220-inch-diameter by 8-inch partially threaded screws spaced at 6 inches on center, with alternate screws installed on each side of the joint.
