This concrete footing and foundation wall assembly features a continuous concrete footing sized per the foundation plan with a minimum one-foot depth and three inches of typical clearance. The foundation wall contains two number five bars unless otherwise noted, with panel reinforcing detailed per the structural plan. A poured concrete continuous element ties the wall base, incorporating four number four bars at each end of the panel spaced at six inches on center and eighteen inches on center in-between to align with panel dowels. Slab dowels match the size, spacing, and quantity of the panel dowels and extend with a two-foot minimum lap. A concrete ramp or landing pad occurs at the top transition where indicated, detailed with continuous number four bars at hooks and number four bars at eighteen inches on center.
