Steel deck runs parallel to the edge beam supported by a continuous twelve gauge bent plate welded to the beam flange. A sixteen gauge continuous bent edge plate forms the perimeter termination with maximum spans of eight inches and two feet. An alternate condition incorporates an L4x4x1/4 angle spaced at eight feet maximum per detail 9D. Three-quarter inch diameter studs are spaced at twelve inches on center.
