A sub-purlin anchorage assembly runs along a concrete wall panel elevation. The sub-purlin is anchored using seven-eighths inch diameter anchor bolts spaced at two feet zero inches on center in standard holes, with welded stud options available. A ledger splice occurs at the panel joint, where a three-quarters by four-inch by one-foot six-inch splice plate bridges the connection. One-quarter-inch plates are positioned at each of the four locations, secured with fillet welds typically on three sides. Additionally, one and seven-eighths inch diameter anchor bolts in two-inch horizontally slotted holes are provided at each side of the panel joint to accommodate movement.
