A 1-1/2 inch outside diameter pipe rail is welded to a 1/4 inch by 5 inch round base plate with a 3/16 inch fillet weld. The round base plate features three 1/4 inch diameter holes spaced at 120 degrees on a bolt circle, positioned with dimensions of 2-1/2 inches from the centerlines and 3-7/16 inches between hole centers. The overall diameter of the base plate is 5 inches with 1/2 inch edge clearances typically provided.
