A post-tensioned slab step transition at an entrance features a post-tensioned concrete slab per plan and slab-on-grade bearing with a matching concrete compressive strength. Two continuous number four bars and dowels per schedule reinforce the junction with a one and one-half inch clearance. A base plate per table bears on a one-half inch maximum grout layer over the slab.
