A steel beam frames into another structural steel member utilizing a bolted shear tab connection. A diagonal kicker brace fabricated from an L3x3x1/4 angle connects the supported beam to the column or supporting element, reinforced with a 3/8-inch square plate and connected using fillet welds. The kicker angle is provided at each kicker location per the structural drawings. Additional conditions coordinate with architectural framing and solid wall interfaces as indicated.
