A steel joist bears on an L5x5x3/8 angle measuring 0'-8" long with two 1/2" stiffener plates welded to a 1/2"x12"x1'-4" steel plate secured by four 3/4" diameter by 5" high strength anchors. A 4"x3/8" plate connects with one 3/4" diameter A325 bolt placed in a long slotted hole parallel to the tilt-up panel. The assembly accommodates movement near a panel joint across adjacent concrete tilt-up panels.
