A multi-level structural steel feature wall post assembly spans between Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3. The hollow structural section post consists of an HSS8x tube positioned per plan with block-outs for welding, anchored at Level 1 with a one-half-inch by twelve-inch by fourteen-inch base plate secured by four three-quarter-inch diameter high-strength bolts. Intermediate and top levels feature one-half-inch by ten-inch by ten-inch base plates welded with typical one-quarter-inch fillet welds, supported by one-half-inch stiffener plates under the posts. Lateral stabilization and framing connections utilize L6x4x5/16 angles welded to the beam with one three-quarter-inch diameter machine bolt featuring two-inch vertical slotted holes, alongside L4x4x3/8 angles at each face with one three-quarter-inch diameter through bolt and two-inch vertical slotted holes. Shear tab stiffeners are provided at a minimum thickness of three-eighths of an inch with full depth.
