A pipe passes through a concrete wall via a pipe sleeve equipped with an embedded water stop and anchor collar. The annular space between the pipe and sleeve is sealed with a standard link-seal type wall penetration seal manufactured by Thunder Line. An exterior waterproofing membrane wraps the wall face and is sealed at the penetration with a waterproof sealant.
