A standard weight galvanized steel pipe sleeve penetrates the concrete wall, centered around the pipe with resilient waterproof caulking and a modular type wall penetration seal. A quarter-inch steel plate acts as a water stop and anchor collar embedded in the exterior side of the concrete wall, secured with five-eighths inch rods and welded connections. Stainless steel bolts, nuts, and washers secure the flanged connections and the modular seal assembly. An iron pipe strap and quarter-inch by quarter-inch iron pipe clamp secure the interior piping. A flexible expansion joint accommodates a minimum deflection of fifteen inches and a minimum expansion of four inches on the exterior side.
