Concrete slabs slope away from columns and walls at all parking levels to promote positive drainage. A waterproofing membrane and traffic topping extend across the slab surface with a typical membrane return up the vertical face. Sealant is applied at the horizontal-vertical junctions, and a sealer coats the column or wall from the top of the slab to a height of six hundred millimeters or two feet above.
