Concrete wall corners and intersecting cross walls are reinforced with horizontal reinforcing bars tied with standard hooks and typical splice lengths. Corner reinforcing matches the size of horizontal reinforcing bars. A three-quarter-inch chamfer is applied to wall edges not in contact with soil. Reinforcement splices alternate on each side of the wall.
