Subfloor sheathing covers a wood framing layout featuring six-by-twelve headers with Simpson joist hangers at each end. Multiple joists are provided as required, with design and detailing by the truss-joist manufacturer. The framing bears on a floor beam, steel beam, or wall as sized per plan, accommodating openings up to three feet in maximum dimension.
