A concrete slab on grade bears against a concrete tilt-up wall panel, secured by number 4 by two-foot six-inch dowels spaced at eighteen inches on center. The dowels are epoxied into the concrete tilt-up panel with a one and a half inch minimum concrete cover. One end of the dowel is threaded and ties into the slab reinforcing. A half-inch diameter heavy stud anchor is also specified for the panel connection.
