A standing seam metal deck rests on C10x15 galvanized channels. A 2x2x1/4 inch galvanized deck closure angle finishes the perimeter on three sides. HSS 5x2 1/2x1/4 inch galvanized members support the roof structure and are carried by HSS 2 1/2x2 1/2x5/16 inch galvanized posts. These posts attach to the CMU wall via embed plates with a 1/4 inch fillet weld applied all the way around. The CMU wall and slab on grade conform to the architectural and civil drawings, respectively.
