An exterior column pile cap foundation incorporates three twenty-two-inch diameter concrete piles supporting an eighteen-by-twenty-three-inch reinforced concrete column. The pile cap SF2 is three feet wide and reinforced with longitudinal and transverse steel bars. Pile dowels feature hooked ends oriented to maintain required clearance to the footing edge.
