A structural gusset plate is attached to a steel beam web and flange connection with edge stiffeners welded along the plate boundary. Sizing for the edge stiffener and associated welds are determined per structural notes. Section A-A provides the profile of the gusset edge stiffener welded beneath the beam flange.
