A concrete floor slab poured over a metal floor deck frames into a reinforced concrete wall supported by a continuous 5x3x3/16 inch structural steel angle. The concrete wall contains vertical and horizontal wall reinforcement along with dowels matching the vertical wall reinforcement extended four feet into the assembly. Three-eighths by four by eight-inch steel plates anchored by two three-quarter inch diameter by six-inch heavy duty sleeve anchors at twenty-four inches on center secure the embedded connections. At similar conditions where the floor occurs on only one side, a one-quarter inch fillet weld spaced at three to twelve inches is applied.
