A splice plate connects concrete panels at a stepped offset joint with a twelve-inch dimension spacing. A chord angle provides structural support below the joint, detailed per framing plans. Embed plates with welded studs anchor into the concrete panels. The splice plate thickness, width, weld size, and weld length are determined by schedule.
