A continuous concrete footing features an enlarged block-out section designed for precast concrete wall panels, with dimensions scaled relative to the continuous footing width designated as W. The footing block-out has a maximum dimension of 1.5 times W, not to exceed seven feet zero inches. Enlarged square footings are reinforced with number five rebar spaced at twelve inches on center each way, or a minimum four-foot zero-inch square footing with four number five bars each way, whichever is larger. Precast concrete wall panels bear directly over the continuous footing and block-out assembly.
