Edge of slab bent plate connection at structural steel framing members within a protected zone. Section A provides the connection at a frame column support, incorporating a continuity plate where required and an edge of slab bent plate welded with a quarter-inch fillet weld at six-inch spacing. Section B provides the connection at a frame beam support, utilizing an L4x4x3/8 angle, a quarter-inch stiffener plate each side, and a quarter-inch fillet weld at three-inch spacing. All framing members and plates are installed per plan.
