Angle braces measuring 2-1/2 by 2-1/2 by 3/16 inches occur typically on all sides with a 3-inch maximum clearance at an interior wide-flange column structural deck support connection. A pipe occurs where noted, spaced equally within the angle framing assembly. The deck flutes span perpendicular to the support, with the deck omitted in part of the view for clarity. A partial joint penetration weld is specified at the column connection.
