A structural steel shelf angle acts as a ledger and truss seat, supported by welded headed studs. Two 3/4-inch diameter by 6-inch welded headed studs are spaced at 48 inches on center maximum between joists. Six 3/4-inch diameter by 6-inch welded headed studs are centered at each truss location. A 1/4-inch fillet weld secures the assembly.
