The steel frame assembly connects framing beams to a structural steel column flange on one side and a column web on the other within a special concentrically braced frame system. Continuity plates are provided across the column web aligned with the beam flanges per detail reference. Collector connections are specified on each side of the column with bolted shear tabs or similar connector plates. Beam sizes, column sizes, and frame elevations are sized per structural plans.
