An 8-inch slab-on-grade supports hollow structural section HSS 3x3x1/4 panel backing posts spaced at six feet on center maximum with L 2x2x1/4 steel plates secured by 3/8-inch diameter DeWalt Snake+ anchors with 1-5/8-inch effective embedment on each side of the post. An HSS 3x3x1/4 header ties into the backing posts utilizing #12 Teks screws and connecting steel mullion end plates measuring 5/16-inch by 6 inches by 2 feet 2-1/2 inches with eight 3/8-inch diameter DeWalt Snake+ anchors. A custom 6-inch louver shelf angle is positioned at each mullion alongside a 6-inch mullion jamb angle per manufacturer specifications. A 3-inch thick insulated metal panel finishes the exterior face, while an L 2x2x1/4 by 2-inch long angle connects to the header using one 1/2-inch diameter through-bolt and one X-U powder-actuated fastener per angle.
