A bent plate with a thickness of five-sixteenths of an inch runs along the slab edge and is anchored with one-half-inch diameter by one-foot six-inch welded deformed bar anchors spaced at fifteen inches on center. The assembly bears on a structural steel beam with reinforcement placed per plan and fillet welds sized per plan.
