A concrete foundation wall sits atop a concrete footing, supporting a concrete slab on grade above. Number four dowels measuring three feet six inches long are placed at sixteen inches on center. An exterior slab on grade is positioned adjacent to the foundation wall per architectural drawings. Wall or glazing conditions extend above the slab edge.
